Load Capacity and Safety

They are vehicles usually equipped with a load capacity of 33 tons; however, upon request, versions with capacities up to 60 tons are available. They are equipped with a lifting system developed by Italcarrelli, called “Sicur-Lift” (patent pending), which ensures double safety, both mechanical and hydraulic.

Customization and accessories

In the hybrid AGV and manual-driving versions, the driving position can be either “standing” or “seated”, with an ergonomic seat.

Automatic battery charging stations (Automatic Charging Station) and dedicated solutions for fast battery replacement (Battery Exchange Station) are available, designed to ensure operational continuity and reduce downtime.

In addition to ground-level obstacle detection sensors, it is also possible to integrate sensors dedicated to detecting overhead obstacles, increasing safety in complex environments or areas with elevated structures. A wide range of advanced load-management systems is also available: from the Rack Detection System for automated scanning to the Rack Identification System, which enables identification via barcodes, QR codes or RFID technology for complete and reliable traceability.
