A leading Dutch manufacturing company, a global leader in supplying precast concrete components for the agricultural and livestock sector, turned to Italcarrelli to optimize internal logistics and the storage of precast concrete elements.
For handling precast concrete wall panels, the inloader transporter system proved to be the most efficient solution. In this context, Italcarrelli’s PTN 300S demonstrated its full versatility, ensuring maximum operational flexibility even in complex production and yard environments. 90-degree steering and high driving precision enable fast, safe maneuvering in confined areas, while the rapid hydraulic lifting system and elevated cab ensure optimal visual control throughout every phase of operation.
A key differentiator of the Italcarrelli solution is the integrated Sicur Lift lifting system, engineered to maximize load security during transport thanks to dual hydraulic and mechanical safety.
To ensure maximum comfort for operators working both indoors and outdoors, the vehicle was configured with a fully enclosed cab equipped with heating and air conditioning, significantly improving working conditions and overall productivity.

To further enhance stability and load restraint, the PTN 300S is equipped with hydraulic load-holding clamps adjustable along the full length of the load/trailer. This solution adapts perfectly to different panel sizes, ensuring effective and uniform clamping across the entire precast element.
Safety was a key element of the project. Italcarrelli integrated an advanced AI-based pedestrian recognition camera system on the PTN 300S, complemented by obstacle detection sensors. All devices interface with the vehicle’s driving control PLC, which automatically manages the vehicle speed, reducing the risk of collisions and increasing protection for operators and the working environment.
Thanks to the adoption of Italcarrelli’s PTN 300S, the customer achieved a significant increase in internal logistics efficiency, eliminating the need for overhead cranes and suspended loads and making previously unusable areas available for storage. A tangible result that confirms Italcarrelli as a strategic partner for customized, safe, and high-performance material handling solutions.
