Remote technical assistance
The consultants of our Customer Service team are available to assist the customer in the verification and resolution of problems encountered for the mechanical area, electronics, hydraulics and for training and maintenance operations both by mail and by phone; on request we also offer the service h24. In addition, to enhance service, we have created additional remote support systems.
ITALCARRELLI R&D Department has developed a portal that allows keeping track of all maintenance and interventions carried out on each vehicle, in order to ensure that these activities are carried out by qualified personnel according to the correct timing.
All our vehicles can also be equipped with a remote service unit, thanks to which our technicians can connect at any time to any vehicle and perform checks, debugging, parameter modification, software update and so on. Finally, an after-sales service management platform developed by ITALCARRELLI, allows the immediate sending to customers of reports in electronic format as well as to have a record of any intervention on each machine. Through this platform, our customers can request any maintenance operation and supply the spare parts.
This remote maintenance system provides custom predictive maintenance planning for each customer’s fleet, minimizing future repairs, for excellent equipment efficiency and performance.
